Return to Sender Packages
Kums Chocolate is not responsible for packages returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your information to prevent delivery issues. If an item is returned to our warehouse, repacking and reshipping will incur additional costs, typically half the order total. If you realize a mistake in your address, contact us immediately to correct it.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us with your reason for cancellation.
